    Life story

Sai Baba of Shirdi is one of the most revered saints in Indian spiritual history, known for his unconditional love, healing miracles, and divine presence that transcended religion. His origins remain mysterious, as he never revealed his real name or background. Settling in the small village of Shirdi, he lived in a mosque, called it 'Dwarkamai', and lit the eternal dhuni (sacred fire), serving both Hindu and Muslim devotees alike. With simple teachings like 'Shraddha' (faith) and 'Saburi' (patience), he became a spiritual father to the poor, the suffering, and the lost. People witnessed countless miracles — the sick healed, the hopeless restored, and hearts transformed by his touch. He accepted offerings only to redistribute them to the needy, teaching the world the meaning of selfless service. Even after his samadhi in 1918, millions still feel his presence. Sai Baba didn’t ask for blind worship — he asked for love, truth, and surrender. His life is not just a story, but a living presence in the lives of countless devotees across the world.
